As former directors of the Law Practice Program in Ontario, we developed and led more than 100 advanced professional development programs that combine interactive online sessions, expert-led workshops with practicing lawyers, and scenario-based exercises designed to assess participants’ understanding and skills.
In these roles, we supported more than 1000 diverse licensing candidates, post-pandemic, in their licensing journey, including advising them on best practices to secure legal jobs. We worked with more than 200 employers each year, receiving iterative feedback on how successful training translates into practice.
Our current programs help lawyers enhance their judgment, strategic thinking, and adaptive problem-solving abilities. The programs, offered both in person and online, leverage technology and gamification to reinforce long-term skill retention. We offer bespoke training and consulting services to law firms and large organizations.
